Steps to Enroll

To get started, simply complete the online enrollment application below. While a deposit is not required to submit your application, we encourage you to do so early to secure your seat for the upcoming session. Here's how it works:

2^nd Step

Secure Your Seat with a Deposit:

A deposit of $975 is required to reserve your spot in your preferred session. We facilitate flexible payment options to meet your financial needs.

3^rd Step

Submit Your Educational Documents:

Provide a high school diploma, GED transcript, or college transcript with a minimum of 12 credit hours. If your transcript is from outside the U.S., validation through the SpanTran Evaluation Company is required.

PAYMENT AND TUITION OPTIONS:

Registration Fee: $100.00
Tuition Cost: $3,500.00
Total Cost of Program $3,600.00.

Tuition covers the cost of the course which includes the cost of books, study materials, the materials used during the clinical portion of the class. Fees for Registered Dental Assistant Examination (RDA) and Healthcare Provider CPR training.

Classes are held on Saturdays for ten (10) consecutive weeks from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

$100.00 Administration fee to hold a seat in the class is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation Policy:

"The State of Texas refund policy per the Texas Education Codes, Section, 132.061-0611 and Title 40, Texas Administrative Code, Section 807.261.26. Approved and Regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges, Austin, Texas."

A full refund will be made to any student who cancels the enrollment contract within 72 hours (until midnight of the third day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays) after the enrollment contract is signed. A full refund will also be made to any student who cancels enrollment within the student's first three scheduled class days, except that the school may retain not more than $100 in any administrative fees charged, as well as items of extra expense that are necessary for the portion of the program attended and stated separately on the enrollment agreement.

Great School! Great instructors! If you want to be a dental assistant come to this school. You will learn everything within 10 Saturday’s. I love that you get hands on training. Not just book work.

Staffs are friendly and extremely helpful. Got to do a lot of hands experience with real patients. Classes are hands on during the morning and evening, then after is book and lecture work. Class hours are every Saturday 8am-5pm which is really helpful if you have a busy schedule.

The instructors are really friendly and kind and will help you as much as possible so that you can be ready to start your career. It is a great place to be and very welcoming.
